The breathtaking view from the 20th floor was just stunning, and the staff was super friendly and attentive – gotta love that! The cozy bed was perfect for chilling, and the room design was on point. However, those wrinkle films on the windows were a bit of a bummer - not a fan of that 2 AM food call 😴.

Divine and spotlessly clean place, everything was perfect. Early check-in, attentive employees with the manager. Late check-out. Located walking distance to a subway station, in the good area.

I enjoyed the comfortable and well-designed room during my stay at the hotel. the welcoming and caring doormen, Mohammad and Mustafa, added a personal touch to my experience. However, the poor noise isolation between rooms and the inconsistent housekeeping service were areas that could be improved upon.

Accommodating staff and fine rooms, we had a good experience. Stunning location, a few steps away from Bridgemarket.

Everything was fine, especially helpful staff, ideal location near the subway and shops restaurants and the Upper East Side near restaurants and shops.

The hotel's location was convenient for me, but the experience was tainted by poorly managed staff, outdated rooms, and connectivity issues. Basic amenities like towels and glasses were lacking. However, the staff's service was good. Despite some inconveniences, the staff remained courteous and helpful.

However, the AC struggled to cool the room below 72°, and the surrounding construction caused some congestion. Despite these minor inconveniences, the room was very comfortable and the shower had perfect water pressure.

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation because it provides a productive session in the second-floor meeting room, equipped with everything you need for board meetings or virtual conferences. The staff ensured a smooth check-in and offered excellent service throughout.

The only service I missed for my work was on-site printing and photocopying facilities.

I loved that there was fresh coffee available whenever we wanted it. the rooms were cleaned every day, and sleeping in fresh sheets each night was pure heaven. the hotel also had a complimentary gym with some cool equipment. the location was great, just a short walk from Central Park and a tram ride away from Roosevelt Island, which offered stunning views of Manhattan. our experience at Bentley was top-notch.

The service is great with friendly bell staff/porter, attentive housekeeping, and timely room service and laundry. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff and offered a refreshing welcome drink. I also appreciated the availability of tours/ticket assistance and happy hour. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the terrace with comfortable garden furniture where I could relax and take in the view. The staff with whom I interacted were all very helpful.

Perfect location for hospital follow-up visits in a safe neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, and the city center. Walking distance to the Tramway to Roosevelt Island, which has stunning views of the city. The hotel staff was wonderful, quick to respond to our requests for clean towels and ice, and providing free snacks daily.
